The History
As a young legal professional living and working in London, frustrated by the algorithm age and looking for something more meaningful and long-lasting, Aneeka Patel sought a more personal and bespoke service with less mismatches and game playing. There was no credible alternative, nothing that she felt vetted singles appropriately and gave progressive, modern British Asians access to a pool of like-minded people. So, she decided to revolutionise Asian dating by starting Project 143.
Aneeka believed it’s about bringing together people based on much more than an algorithm. It’s about values, expectations, long term goals. Aneeka is now happily married living abroad, whilst she no longer owns Project 143, her ethos and vision will forever trickle throughout Project 143. Project 143 is committed to hand-picking matches based on compatibility and intuition.

Having successfully spearheaded events in Dubai from corporate dos to speed dating, she became a dedicated matchmaker whose advice is championed by the rich and famous. Narinder Kaur joined the team at Project 143 in 2022, Narinder is a known media personality, but also a natural matchmaker, having matched dozens of couples into relationships leading to Marriage within the South Asian community, has amassed a large network and following with her warmth, honest and direct approach, she has been happily married for over 20 yrs, and knows just what it takes to maintain a long and successful relationship.
She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to seeking out and finding compatible matches for our members.
